Dan Ginavan

Dan Ginavan a writer/producer/director from Kansas has been making films since 1981 and working professionally since 1991. After stints as a video producer of university plays, local affiliate commercial producer, international news producer, and medical documentary producer, Dan became an independent film producer in 2011. Dan finished his course work for an MA in film in 1999 at the University of Kansas and completed his MFA in Digital Cinema from National University in 2011. His thesis film "Character Flaw" is based on Luigi Pirandello's Six Characters in Search of an Author. Which also was part of the inspiration for Woody Allen's Purple Rose of Cairo.
