Scott Phillips

Born in Wichita, Kansas, majored in French Literature at Wichita State University, where he also studied Creative Writing with novelist James Lee Burke. Worked in bookstores and sold photographic equipment , then worked as photographer and translator before moving to France in 1988. Moved to Los Angeles in 1992 and to St. Louis, MO in 2003. As of 2011 he is adapting his novel "Nocturne" (les Éditions la Branche, 2011) for French television, with Jedidiah Ayres.
