Phoebe Miu is a Canadian actress who was born and raised in colonial Hong Kong. She grew up attending British schools and was involved heavily in varsity sports, competing at provincial levels at swimming, basketball and track, while also participating in her school's theatre programs. Being the daughter of actors Michael Kiu Wai Miu and Jaime Mei Chun Chik , Phoebe grew up in and around the film industry but didn't decide to pursue a career in acting until 2015, after graduating from the University of British Columbia with a B.A in Sociology. Her more recent titles include The CW's Riverdale (2020), Amazon Prime's Upload (2019), as well as feature films, Broil (2019) and Die in A Gunfight (2020).
