In light of government rebellion against the people, DC implements new policies to deter free speech, free thinking and free living in all forms of artistic expression. Department of Contraband senior member Johnny Abena is caught in between two worlds unbeknownst to him. In a tyrannical society with artistic expression punishable by death, it's no longer 'us vs them'.
