Notebook (2019)

Sinan and Deniz are a married couple. They both work for the government. Sinan used to be a socialist when he was young, but after he was nearly shot to death, and didn't get any help from any of his friends, he promised to focus on his career and never march on the streets again. In contrast, his wife Deniz never participated in protests, but she supports socialist ideologies and student marches. One day, they encounter student protests on the streets they live in. Deniz is concerned when she hears gunshots, but Sinan doesn't care until there's a knock on their door. As he opens the door, young wounded revolutionary falls into their floor. Sinan refuses to help him until Deniz threatens to leave him. With the arrival of the young revolutionary, Sinan now has to face his past to save his marriage.
