Papercop (2018)

Papercop is a dark comedy film from directors Steve Figueiredo and Sean Patrick Kelly. The film centers on Neil, a man so consumed by emotional baggage, it bleeds into every aspect of his life. He's meek, timid, and always the first to apologize. Not ideal for his job as an NYPD parking cop.
