Throughout life, we all have obstacles we must overcome to pursue our dreams and aspirations. John Dreiling, a professional wakeboarder, had many obstacles he had to face in pursuit of his aspiration to becoming a Pro Wakeboarder. With his life before winning Langenfeld Open set as a balancing act between keeping up with his education, rising through the ranks in wakeboarding, and the crippling disease that confined his father to bed, John had many rough decisions to make. This documentary highlights the relationship between family, life, and loss, and how one man overcame it to reach for his dreams.
