On The River (2014)

It's spring break and a group of college friends want to get away for the weekend. They decide to go to "Blood Island" which is forbidden to visit, due to it's murderous past. Once on the island, the group realizes the Island's history is not a myth, they start dying one by one and their spring break turns into a fight for survival.
