The Road to Santiago

After a near death experience falling 70ft from a waterfall in Thailand, an event that which transformed his life, Alan Field gave up a life of crime to follow his dreams and become a filmmaker, going on to win numerous awards including a Bafta, but he still had another dream to achieve. That dream was to meet the author of his favourite book, The Alchemist. Only in order to meet the author Paulo Coelho he first had to walk the 800km ancient pilgrimage called The Camino de Santiago. Whilst on this road he meets different people of all nationalities, and faiths, with their own personal story to tell, and before long Alan begins to encounter with himself, his own faith and his own personal connection to this Holy road.
