Kôbe zaijû (2015)

Nineteen-year-old Kei is a fine arts students at college who relocates, due to her father's work, from Tokyo to the earthquake stricken city of Kobe. She comes to learn about that city's major calamity of 1995. She also meets Yoji who is disabled, but continues to illustrate and sell paintings. Yoji donates money to charity and inspires the young girl.
