Ice & Dust (2014)

Like the first adventurers who made the same journey centuries ago, a young Palestinian woman decides to cross the Atlantic ocean searching for her imagined life and self in Canada. While waiting for the new world to deliver the promised treasures, she has to battle a number of new enemies. The weather is the most vicious of all. In moments of doubt and defeat, an old visitor comes to view. The old home she deliberately left is back to haunt her. A journey back home to check and adjust the compass of her memory is now inevitable.
