William Arnold is a beast with no morals and no emotions. He moves to New York City. There this brute is dedicated to attacking women in vulnerable situations, rapes and murders them so cruelly..... But justice did nothing to punish him, so it will be other forces that will punish him and make him want to be found guilty and rot in jail.
