Soul (2020)

Joe is a musician with big dreams of becoming a professional jazz player, but the opportunities he had only got him as far as teaching a middle-school band. When he seems to have finally found his change by landing a unique opportunity, the unexpected happens right before his first gig: he dies. And this misfortune leads his soul to the entrance of the Great Beyond. Frustrated and not accepting his own sudden death, he tries to escape and ends up landing on the Great Before, a place where he will learn that everyone has a soul and how they come to be, but most importantly, he will have to teach a young soul called 22, who does not want to go to Earth, the joys of life and what it means to be leaving.
