Unbelief (2003)

After being diagnosed with a terminal illness, a withdrawn and faithless doctor Joseph Kramer awaits his death. But on the night he begins to notice his neighbors acting strangely, he starts to discover that an even worse fate might await both him and the rest of the town. One horrible clue leads to another as he comes to understand the true nature of the insidious evil turning person after person into creatures of the night. Will Joseph be able to stop it in time?
