Sivaraman and Ammalu loses their only son Ratheesh who was suffering from Testicular tumor. They are devastated & they decide to have a grand child by using their dead sons semen sample which was stored for various tests.The hospital refuses to give the semen sample & the old couple seeks the courts help. With support from doctors & lawyers the couple win the case. Their search for a surrogate mother in kerala proves futile. They seek the help of an agent in Anand, Gujarat where surrogacy is like a small scale industry. Finally they get a Muslim girl named Faida to bear their grand child.
