Headcase (2015)

Special agent Sheppard is on the verge of finally tracking down an illusive serial killer, due to a dramatically tragic event. Lead by desperation, the killer is forced to take drastic measures in order to secure his own safety; which in turn will take special agent Sheppard to the edge.
