Extremely sadistic bloody violence.
A man is tortured in gory detail for most of the final 45 minutes of the film. As the days progress his body is seen deteriorating, bloody and infected looking wounds, ripped flesh where the metal and cuffs are holding him down etc.,
He is strapped down to a table by metal cuffs and a device over his forehead with nails in it. A tube is sticking out of his throat, surrounded by a stitched up cut.
His side is cut open with a box cutter, then sealed with a blowtorch.
Two of his fingers are cut off and then sealed with wax. Very bloody.
He is stabbed in the leg with a screwdriver, it goes all the way in. It is later twisted around and pulled out with some blood gushing out.
He is sodomised with a clear plastic tube. Barbed wire is then stuck up the pipe into his rectum,
The pipe is then removed. The barbed wire is not.
His knee is crushed with a device made of a clamp and sharp metal. The knee is seen crunching and popping.
The barbed wire is yanked a few times.
A phone book is placed on his abdomen and the book is struck multiple times with a hammer. The device on his knee is jerked around.
His hand is struck with the hammer.
Four of his teeth are removed with a pliers, very bloody. A hoover is used to clear blood out of his mouth.
His arm is cut off with a saw and the wound is sealed with a blowtorch.
The barbed wire is pulled all the way out, very bloody.
