Change You (2012)

Change You follows Albertan Debi Sawchuk and fellow group members on a journey through the Mexican jungle and to ancient spiritual sites. They are inspired by Mayan Master Teacher Miguel Angel Vergara whose gentle persona and profound insights encourage them to experience, to open their hearts. It is through respecting and connecting with all that is around them that they begin to understand that now is the time to make the changes that they need to make to be in balance with Mother Earth, to be in balance in their life. We learn that it's a life that is open to us all and that the most significantly, the truth is that 'the most important is inside of you.'
