El concurso (2011)

A couple of grandparents are encouraged to get enroll into a 'Danzon' dancing contest after more than 40 years without dancing; even when they feel that there is nothing else to live for in their lives, they accept to compete, leaving all their problems to one side. But destiny makes them compete not only for a price, but their desires and their love for Danzon dance. ('Danzon' (pronounced as 'dance-on') is an elderly-related popular dance in Latin America brought by Cuban culture and made popular in Mexico from 1930's to 70's performing a live orchestra in a dancing hall venue and a very particular fancy clothing and accessories.)
