Jose Maria is a male transsexual. He says he's a man trapped in a women's body. He was diagnosed with gender Dysphoria. For twenty-five years he has kept his feminine body hidden. Once he thought of taking his own life. For ten months now he's been using hormones in medical treatment to gain a more masculine appearance.
