Related by Birth explores the the differences and similarities of Birthmothers, Adoptive Parents and Adoptees and how each has been affected by the adoption process. The film portrays the story of four women who gave up children adoption juxtaposed with the experiences of the filmmaker (an adoptee) and his Adoptive Parents.
