No One Lives (2012)

A woman in underwear falls; her legs splay and the viewer sees her clothed perineum area.

A man in a suspended head-first over a machine with several rotating blades in it. First he is tortured by being cut by the blades; when he exits the machine, we see his bloodied face, and one of his ears gets torn off by the killer, who then proceeds to kill his victim by making him fall into the machine. Blood splatters as he is beheaded (this scene is seen in the background and the beheading is not visible).

A man cuts his own throat, which opens up with a large gush of blood.

A girl practically beheads herself with a large knife (very bloody). Her corpse is seen later, with her head not tied to her body anymore.

Many scenes are very bloody and gory. The tone of the film is dark, violent and unsettling. Some scenes are frightening, intense and disturbing, both on visual and psychological levels.

You probably don't want to watch this movie if you have a weak stomach.
