Tin Hats and Silk Stockings (1989)

In 1942 members of the Hatfield Spears Mobile Hospital Unit, which was attached to the Free French Army, drove across the Western Dessert in Ford Ambulances. In this documentary ex members of that unit recall their wartime experiences.
