The Chigusa Nagayo-Bad Nurse Nakamura, Combat Toyoda vs. KAORU and Megumi Kudo vs. Shark Tsuchiya matches are from "FMW Yamato Nadeshiko II" held at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan on December 22, 1995. The Megumi Kudo/Kaori Nakayama-Shark Tsuchiya match is from "FMW Flashover Night 8," also at Korakuen Hall, on September 24, 1996.
