The 19th Wife (2010)

There's a picture of a woman on a magazine cover wearing very little and posed provactively. Later on it shows a woman on a bed with her dress pulled up and her older husband on top of her; nothing more is shown and it's clear they were engaged in sexual activity. There are also several scenes that discuss sex and sexual relations in great detail, including polygamous marriages

A murder scene is shown in graphic detail and a male character's gang-beaten later on
