Florida '88 (2005)

A young man follows his grandfathers history, after he died in front of a running Video-Camera, which accidentally was set on record. Not able to watch those last moments, he flees with VHS-Tape to a Small Island somewhere in North Sea. And he realizes his Grandfather has left quite a heirloom on this strange Island and its mysterious Inhabitants. On his journey he meets Yoriko a Japanese Student who wants to discover the other Germany, Tjorke a Lighthouse Keeper with a strange secret and the real meaning of his Grandfathers Final Message banned on an old VHS-Tape...
