Burn (2008)

Erica Davis is a seemingly innocent, spectacled, attractive woman who takes a job as a copywriter to a wealthy, but stern and abrasive publisher, who criticize her work, and has a way with S&M bondage. Erica is currently romantically involved with another woman, named Birdy, with whom she is reluctant to open up too. When Erica's boss, Adam, sees that she burns herself with cigarettes to feel emotion, he shows her an outlet to her troubled nature. He introduces her to his underground sex club of bondage and soon Erica is into the scene. This soon puts a damper on her relationship with Birdy, and leads to a possible romance with Adam.
