Aning (Cherie Gil) is a maid in the Cuevas household. She is raped by an unknown assailant and comes home to the province pregnant. In turn, her older sister Dinya (Dina Bonnevie) serves the Cuevas household to search for the rapist of her sister and held him liable for her pregnancy.
