The hyper-stylized PATTERNS trilogy erupts into song for a breathtaking conclusion. With bravura split-screen choreography and a modish dance nicked from Jean-Luc Godard's BAND OF OUTSIDERS, the third PATTERNS is definitely the coolest. Even as the film swerves between rigorous abstraction, voodoo showdowns and banal television-style exposition.
