This is a 'historic' TV record of the 2006 annual, Serbia and Montenegro Eurovision song, regional contest held in the Sava Centar concert hall. Which turned out, in live TV coverage, to be a national scandal, involving rigged jury votes, and outraged audience, who prevented the Montenegro band 'No Name' to perform their winning song on stage.
