To flee the police in his village, Aimé, a small Senegalese crook in his thirties, landed illegally in France. Without a friend and without a penny in his pocket, this young, cunning and tricky guy can only count on himself to get out of it. Looking for a hideout and something to earn some money for, Aimé took the opportunity to pretend to be a parish priest. This imposture led him to the parish of Saint Vincent, in the heart of an HLM city. There, he discovers an even worse misery than that which he knew until then in his country. Not material misery, but human misery. The solitude and isolation of retirees, violence, individualism and the lack of dialogue between old and young will open his eyes to what has become of the Western model. He will constantly oscillate between his role as a parish priest and his rogue nature, divided between personal interest and compassion. His role as a priest, which was initially only a ploy to "get rich", will take precedence over himself. He will fall into his own trap by giving hope to the most isolated, the most destitute who will count on him.
