Loved (1968)

Eun-a resists allowing herself to move on after her boyfriend breaks up with her. Even after he marries, she continues to hope that they will get back together. She pressures him into going away for a weekend together agreeing to his condition that she will to tell no one, but Eun-a has no intention of keeping their affair a secret from his wife.
