A man rapes a woman under a bedsheet. We see their silhouettes, and there is somewhat graphic thrusting motions. This occurs in a room that a man refers to as his "pleasure room."

It talks about suicide, a theme that is very intense.

The scenes and overall cinematography are dark, somewhat claustrophobic, and may contribute to any frighting/disturbing tones of the film.
