Homes & Hands: Community Land Trusts in Action (1998)

Homes & Hands introduces the viewer to community land trusts, an alternative model to affordable housing. Tours of three lands trusts, in Durham, North Carolina, Albuquerque, New Mexico and Burlington, Vermont, show the diverse communities that can be strengthened by land trusts. The moving stories and enthusiasm of the residents for the model inspires the viewer to consider a change in their neighborhood.
