Trail of Passion (2003)

Rene, a simple country girl, travels to the city to rekindle an old love affair with Texas-raised Trent. But her dreams of love and romance are shattered when she is plunged into bizarre underworld of sex, drugs, jealousy and organized crime. Although Trent's ruthless bosses Mal and Detective Burton work hard to wipe Rene off the face of the earth, it is Trent's "other woman", the sexy, viperish Jess, who proves to be her deadliest foe.
