Hell Is Crowded (1964)

The Lords of the Underworld visit Earth to learn why the number of people going to Hell is increasing. They conclude that the unfair distribution of wealth is the cause. They break into a bank to give the money to the poor in an effort to prevent Hell from becoming overcrowded
