Schöne Lügen (2003)

Kim Joosten is young, attractive, and happily married. Her career as a successful interior decorator is just picking up when a terrible accident leaves her mentally and physically scarred. Soon she discovers that her life wasn't as good as she thought: her best friend and colleague is trying to keep her in the background so that customers won't see her face, and her husband has lost his job and is cheating on her. Only Andreas, a young man she met in the hospital, can help her get her life back.
