Night in Manhattan (1937)

A young man, Gwyllyn Ford, introduces a number of musical acts, all of which are, like him (he says), making their screen debuts. A toe-tap dancer, two singers, and another tap dancer and a dance duo round out the show, which ends with a montage of Manhattan nightlife.
