Las guachas (1993)

After the cruel murder of their parents 20 years ago, Rosa and María live alone in their isolated in their ranch. Nobody comes out alive from their farm. Some of them were killed in a bloody way, and then burned and buried. Then their cousin Luisa (Ana Marelli) comes from the hospital to help Maria with her vaginal burn.
