Medric is an agoraphobic who lives a reclusive life living vicariously by peeping on his neighbors. His neice, Rose, seeks to meet her mysterious Uncle that her mother, Barbara, has forbidden her to even speak of. Rose and Medric become very close after a shakey first encounter.
