Widowed Commendatore Brambilla lives in difficulty because, he keeps his daughters Pina and Mariuccia, as well as his brother-in-law Nicola and his daughter Sabina, immigrants from Salento. Eager to improve his situation, he accepts the offer of his superior at the Finance Office - Dr. Esposito - to carry out surveys on the revenues of prostitution organizations disguised under the ads of manicure beautician, masseuse, and so on. The inquiries put the naive commendatore in front of cases that he hastens to document to the superior and to tell his family. One day they all put on their own and Brambilla, continuing his research, ends up discovering that the brand new "Toccasana" is a fierce and modern prostitution industry with which the family members and beneficiaries dr.
