Corpo e Alma de Mulher (1983)

A young couple, Rodrigo and Aimé, who love each other deeply and possess everything to achieve full happiness, are hit by fate. Rodrigo takes her to a farm and hires Lane, a competent nurse, a beautiful, intelligent woman. A cousin and ex-lover of Rodrigo, Suzane, appears on the farm. A tragedy ensues.
