A documentary about an association of residents of Madrid, showing the neighborhoods of Madrid and the neighborhood movement. Filmed with the help of the Neighborhood Associations "Pozo del Tío Raimundo", "Orcasitas" and "Barrio del Pilar"; with the support of the Federation of Neighborhood Associations of Madrid.
