Sex Commandos (1999)

General Warlock is attempting to take over the world by subjecting it to a chemical that causes people to fight with each other when they are sexually attracted to them. The Sex Commandoes, armed with an exact opposite drug, attempt to stop the general by infiltrating his headquarters and seducing his soldiers.
