Dark Purpose (1964)

Shirley Jones plays an innocent young American abroad (Italy, specifically), assistant to the cynically sarcastic art historian Sanders. She becomes romantically involved with Sanders' current employer, the always charming Brazzi, unaware that he has a dark family secret.
