Dear Octopus (1943)

Charles Randolph and his wife Dora are celebrating their "golden wedding anniversary", 50 years of marriage. They invite their children and grandchildren over for a family reunion. There are tensions between the family members, over past problems in their relationships. The efficient secretary Penny Fenton tries to smooth out the situation.
