Secret Agent James Blonde attempts to infiltrate the super-evil organization SCROTUM, where head villain Stinkfinger, the "man who has the touch of stink," is hiding out in his "stink hole" under a towering casino, cutting subliminal information into porn movies in order to brainwash the viewing audience. Standing in the way of Blonde getting to Stinkfinger is evil henchwomen Pussy Amore.
