Stitches (1985)

Scene where the male students are getting a physical exam and realize it is being overseen by a gay man who is having way too much fun with it. All of their pants are down around their ankles and they scramble to pull them up as they run out of the room. Lots of underwear is seen - mostly briefs.

Lots of male underwear scenes throughout the movie. Tommy Koenig is frequently seen wearing a pair of light/dark blue striped bikini briefs, and Robert Dubac wears a pair of teal bikini briefs. The underwear is tight around their crotch, and both men's bulges are visible to the camera.

Lots and lots of bare boobs.
