Tierra de rastrojos (1980)

In the early 30s, prior to the formation of the II Spanish Republic, a group of day laborers and sharecroppers from Andalusia fight and unionize for their rights. After the fascist coup that lead to the Spanish Civil War, some of their leaders are chased one by one by the landlords and the new Establishment forces that took control of the post-war Spain.
