The Fish with the Eyes of Gold (1974)

The movie begins with the stabbing of a woman on a beach by a killer dressed in scuba gear. They briefly get into a struggle, before the woman drops onto her beach towel covered in her blood, and the killer runs with the knife in hand.

A woman is seen dead in a bed, covered in a sheet stained with her blood.

A woman is stabbed while in the shower. We see the knife piercing her and blood, but the graphics are minimal.

The flashback scenes have distressing displays of violence and a dizzying strobe effect.
